🌎Join us for our 4th annual Earth Day Happenings, a community celebration focused on sustainability, creative upcycling, and making wise consumer choices to keep waste out of our landfills!

Cost: FREE (Activities and prizes included!)

This year’s event features a variety of activity centers for all ages, highlighting local talent and eco-friendly practices:

Upcycled Fashion & Crafts: * Browse a unique display and sale of items made from feed sacks by Crystal Tizzard of Farm-Tastic Creations.

See Natalie Cloutier’s beautiful hand-crafted clothing made entirely from repurposed quilts.

Sustainability Workshops: * Composting 101: Mike is back to share the wonders of composting with Red Wriggler worms.

Green Thumb Station: Learn how to transplant plants and take home some greenery.

Eco-Shopping: * Our ongoing Garage Sale will be open! Browse for clothing, household items, and hidden treasures.

Seed Exchange:
Visit our Seed Exchange to take what you need or leave seeds for others.

This event is hosted by Community Learning-Lac La Biche. We are dedicated to providing literacy and community-building activities in Lac La Biche County.
