If you are in need of food, or have food to donate, we are open Monday to Friday from 1-4pm. The Stone Soup Food Centre program is operated by volunteers.<br />
The Stone Soup Food Centre has been a project to collect "rescued" food from grocery stores, restaurants, and individuals. This food is then distributed to people. Any food that is not fit for human consumption is used as animal feed or compost.
We are 100% reliant on donations.
Cleaning out your cupboards, freezers, or fridge?
Do you have extra garden produce?
If you have food you do not need, consider donating
it.
Individuals can come and select items from what is
donated from the businesses. Individuals can come as
many times a month as they like, and there are no
restrictions as to who can use this service. We just
need to remember, “Sharing is Caring”.
